The right amount of oil will be different for everyone. Our most common serving size is 10 drops twice a day, but we generally recommend exploring to see what works for you.
It is also important to start off SLOWLY with 5 drops twice a day. After your first 5-7 days you can start increasing by a drop or two a day to find the right amount for you.
